Exclusions:

The following are not covered under this membership plan:

  • Any treatment within the first 30 days of membership activation, excepts accidents

  • Expenses arising from HIV / AIDS and related diseases

  • Treatment of mental illness, stress, psychiatric or psychological disorders.

  • Abuse of intoxicant or hallucinogenic substance like drugs and alcohol.

  • Hospitalization due to war / acts of war, nuclear, chemical / biological weapon & Radiation.

  • Any kind Addiction to drugs or alcohol.

  • Experimental, investigational, or unproven treatment, devices & Pharmacological regiments.

  • Cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.

  • Charges incurred in connection with cost of spectacles, contact lenses.

  • Any Treatment/surgery for change of sex or gender reassignments including any complication arising out of these treatments.
