Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aayush Plus Health believes in transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our healthcare membership plans

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels (email or phone)

  • Requests for cancellation must be made within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the plan page

  • Cancellations are accepted only if no membership benefits have been used or activated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if:

  • The cancellation request is made within the eligible time period

  • No services, benefits, or consultations have been availed

  • Membership activation has not been used

  • All required information is provided accurately

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Any benefit or service under the plan has been used

  • Cancellation request is raised after the eligible period

  • The membership plan has expired

  • Incorrect or incomplete information was provided during registration

  • Delay or dissatisfaction caused by third-party healthcare providers

Refund Processing Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used

  • Payment gateway or processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted

Plan Transfer & Modification
  • Healthcare membership plans are non-transferable

  • Plan modifications or upgrades, if allowed, are subject to current plan terms
