Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels (email or phone)

Requests for cancellation must be made within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the plan page

Cancellations are accepted only if no membership benefits have been used or activated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only if:

The cancellation request is made within the eligible time period

No services, benefits, or consultations have been availed

Membership activation has not been used

All required information is provided accurately
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Any benefit or service under the plan has been used

Cancellation request is raised after the eligible period

The membership plan has expired

Incorrect or incomplete information was provided during registration

Delay or dissatisfaction caused by third-party healthcare providers
Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used

Payment gateway or processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted
Plan Transfer & Modification

Healthcare membership plans are non-transferable

Plan modifications or upgrades, if allowed, are subject to current plan terms
